RIGHT thats RIGHT CLICK PROBLEM

Running XP Home and IE-7

While in "All Programs" my right click function no longer works.
Delete, sort by name, etc. My drag n drop don't work either. When I
left click, the window that usually comes up just flashes. My right
click option works everywhere else. Any ideas.

Right click on taskbar > properties > start menu tab > customize button

advanced tab. Scroll down the start menu item list and check "Enable

Dragging and Dropping". Click OK, then Apply.

I'll be dipped, that did it. Can't figure how that got changed. I
usually have that checked. Thanks very much, "DOBEY"
