Can't right click

Hi Guys
I just reinstalled Windows XP Pro, and have Qwest DSL which installed MSN
Premeam.
When on my desktop i can not right click on a folder in all programs and
click sort by name , no right click option at all.
Nor can i drag and drop when in the all programs menue.
What could my problem be ?
I can right click anywhere else ok.

I fixed my problem by enableing drop and drag.
