I recently had my work computer (Windows 2000) re-imaged,
and now I can not utilize the right mouse click feature in
the Start/Programs menu. I was told by our I.T. Dept that
they have started intentionally doing that, and it has to
do with the registry. I can get around this by going into
Start/Settings/Taskbar & Start Menu. Can anyone tell me
how to get my right mouse feature back...

No, if it's like that on purpose, ask the IT department to undo it.

I did ask I.T. to fix it, and they won't. Seems there are
too many people that inadvertantly move and delete things
this way and they got tired of fixing it. So, I'm stuck
with trying to figuring out how to undo it...

Looks like Google is your best friend now...
