Right Mouse Click doesn't work in WE

Pls help - Right Mouse Click doesn't work in Windows Explorer and on Desktop,
but works normally everywhere else. Also, Tooltips showing folder size popup
in the right WE window, but don't in the left Folders window. File, folder
and drive properties are not available - nothing happen, when clicking
Properties in WE File Menu.

Win XP Home SP2, P4, 1GB ram
 
The only time I've seen this is when the user profile was corrupted by a
spyware/virus attack. The only thing that fixed it was renaming the profile
and creating a new one.
