Right clicking, uploading, and copying to clipboard is disabled!?

for some reason about a week ago i couldnt right click on
any website i went to, i check its not my mouse, as i can
still right click on everything else, and also, when i
try uploading things ect., it has a small empty button
instead of the 'browse' button, i have no idea whats
going on, and when i highlight text i cant use the ctrl +
c function, which is very irritating, is it a new virus?
because i cant see any other explaination, unless ive
accidentally toggled the admin settings on my computer,
which i dont think i have.

Also update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan. From
