right clicking system tray icon brings up two menus

When I right click on some of my system tray icons (those belonging to
third party programs), I sometimes get the menu for that program along with
the menu for the system tray that is generated when you right click there
without being over an icon. How can this be stopped so I only get the one
menu?

It does not matter which program I click on, I have had this issue with all
of them.

Any suggestions appreciated.

It is Normal, when you click Fast and your hand not steady, you can't
prevent this from happening, just keep steady hand on the Mouse.
