right-clicking brings up BOTH menu for item, and taskbar propertie

Hi,
Yesterday IE7 installed itself on my computer. I rebooted, and ever since
then, when I right click on any item in the try, it simulateneously brings up
the menu for the item and the taskbar properties menu.

Obviously, this is REALLY frustruating!

Problem seemingly solved. I clicked on taskbar properties then clicked on ok
to exit out and it has stopped popping up.
