when i right click theres a list of pages that ive been to
and i was wondering how to delete them. I've cleared my
history and temporary internet files but they're still
there.

ToolbarCop from http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/ should be able to remove
these Context Menu items.

You probably have other adware, spyware, parasites on your computer.
