URL list problem

I have a problem which is:

The URL still exists in the URL list (Where you type URLs and there is Go
button on the right) although I cleared my history, cookies, temporary
Internet files etc.

I wanted to try deleting it manually from the History, but the website is
not there. Is there any solution to delete the site? Will be greatly
appreciated for any answers.
