When I am right clicking on any particular cell, there are two command
called pick from list and add watch on the bottom. What do these things do?

Hi!

Pick from dropdown list offers you a dropdown with the unique entrie
already in that column. A bit like you see with data validation bu
with no restrictions. Very handy if you have a limited number o
possible responses and you want to make sure you don't mistype (e.g
for use in lookups).

The add watch button lets you open a window to keep an eye on the valu
of your (selected) cell(s) as other things change. Handy if you want t
keep watch on cells which are off the screen.
