right click trouble

Still having trouble right clicking on blank area of desktop.
Like when I need to add a new folder.
Right clicking on application icons which are located on desktop works fine.
Any suggestions.
 
Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:

You may experience problems in Windows Explorer or in the Windows shell
