The IT person before me used Netscape for everyone's e-mail. We upgraded to
our own server and now only use Outlook 2003. When some people right click
on a file and choose send to mail receipient it goes to Netscape mail instead
of Outlook. Only happens to a few and Outlook is set as default mail. Any
help? Can figure out what she did different to those computers it works on.

Thanks.

did that. on the computers where it works, microsoft office outlook, outlook
express and microsoft live mail are only options. computer where doesn't
work you can also select msn mail and netscape.

On the computers where MSN and Netscape show, what else is different about their configuration? What happens if you change the default mail program and then change it back? What happens if you use the "Set Program Access and Defaults" to change the program?
