right click stopped working on messages in outlook 2003 - help

Right click menu does not appear on individual email messages. It works on
all other part of Outlook 2003 and other programs. Any help will be greatly
appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried restarting Outlook? Did you try running Detect & Repair?

Yes sir. I have detected and repaired. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I
have looked at every setting I can imagine. I have searched the internet and
didn't find any answers. I am at a loss on this one. Thank you for your quick
response. I appreciate it.

I think I found the answer in another post that was similar in nature.

Close Outlook and rename the "FORMS" folder in Documents and Settings to
"FORMS OLD". It is located in

C:\Documents and
Settings\%user%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\FORMS

Outlook will recreate the FORMS folder. This was originally posted in a
similar thread but was a fix for something else. I decided to try it and
magically it worked.
