right click ''set image as background'' gone

In the Windows XP-Pro Explorer, whenever I rightclick on a
picturefile, the option "Set image as desktop background"
is gone! I don't know how this is possible, and I would
like this option back in the right-click-on-image-popup-
menu. I did not install any strange programs, and the XP-
installtion is only two months old...
