Right Click Problem in Explorer & Start Menu

Something very odd has happened to my system in the last 24 hrs. If I try to
right-click any icon on the Start Menu or Windows Explorer/My Computer I get
a very unhelpful "Information" message saying "failed to load product info
file". When I click OK explorer re-starts shutting down all other open
windows (but not program windows).

This same thing occurs when I select an icon and click "File" from the main
menu.

This is more than annoying, its making my system pretty near impossible to
use!

Any ideas what is causing this, and how to fix it??

Panic over. I found the answer via Google. It's an issue when you uninstall
a programme call J.River Media Centre which I did yesterday. If anyone else
has this problem go to:
