right click picture properties missing

i have come across a problem when on forums etc and i want to link a pic in a
post.

i always used to be able to right click on the picture that i have uploaded
and get the add that it had been uploaded to and past it in to my post etc.

whenever i right click on a pic i dont even get the properties option come
up, the only selectable ones i get is the following -

'save picture as'
'copy'
'bookmark'

any help would be appreciated.
