Right-click mouse function does not work after removing moushook.dll

I find that after removing mousehook.dll from my system (Vista
Business) and rebooting, the right-click function no longer works in
any programme.

Do you know what might be causing this ?

I was using version 2.2 from http://www.lebans.com/mousewheelonoff.htm

Mark your issue has absolutely nothing to do with my MouseWHeelHook code.
MouseWheelHook does not run unless you call the functions contained in the
DLL. Further, MouseWheelHook only processes MouseWheel Messages that are
directed to the Access application.
