How do I change/add commands in Word 2002 (WinXP) to the menu that
appears when I right click the mouse button.

On the Tools menu, click Customize. On the Toolbars tab, click "Shortcut
menus"; you will now be able to customize these as any other menus. (Note
that the tricky part might be to locate the relevant menu, as there are many
different ones!)
