Right click menu

[Guest]

I have an item in my right click menu that I'd like to get rid of (secure
delete)

It's the menu that has "open" "explore" "search" "send to".

Re-installing the program that put the menu item there does no good. I need
to do it from where ever these items are stored in Windows.

Can anyone help?
