Right click menu wrong

When I right click on a drive the default opener is Search at the top. Open
use to be the top default opener of drives. How can I change these options on
the right click menu?

In Registry Editor - Go to:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell

Right side, set the Default to "none" (without quotes)

Goto-
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell
Right side, select (Default) and delete it or set its value to blank.
