Right click is closing MS Word Window... HELP.

Hi. I have a co-worker that is working on a word document. She goes to the
beginning to highlight text she wants to copy. She right clicks and the word
window closes. She opens word and it asks her if she wants to recover the
document. Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening and what I
can do to correct this. She is the office manager and does a lot of word
documents. Oh, we are using MS Word 2003.
