Right Click Hang

Is there a fix for right click hang issue? It has made
using the right mouse button impossible, can't drag and
drop, can't open pictures. Any help out there?
 
Have you tried to go to safe mode and see if it happens here. To get to safe
mode, tap F8 as the computer is starting and then select safe mode from the
list, continue and try to right click once logged onto safe mode.
