Right Click Freeze Up

I am having problems with trying to delete folders. When ever I right click
on a folder my computer freezes up. The only way to solve it is to hit Ctrl
+ Alt + Delete, and then it says the C drive is not responding, and the
folder is still there. Is there any way I can solve this problem. Please
Help.

Check for Virus, trojans, spyware and adware. Also, go to Start>Run type:
sfc /scannow for System File Check
