Right Click Context Menu

I have just bought a new pc and installed rjhExtensions Organizer on XP
Service Pack 2. I previously ran this program on my old pc on the same
OS without a problem. Now, although it installs OK nothing appears on
the context menu. I have tried it in Safe Mode and lo and behold it's on
the context menu as expected. I've checked, using ShellExView that it
isn't disabled. I've also discovered, using MS Antispyware (Beta 1) that
the rjhExtensions Organiser is an "Allowed Context Manager Handler".
This whole area is now far beyond my level of expertise and having spent
about 8 hours looking for a solution I have no idea where to go to from
here.

Any help would be most gratefully received.

Are you using their released or beta version? You might try changing to the
other one to see if the problem gets solved. Sometimes the beta version has
the fix you need. Sometimes the beta version ****s up and you have to
revert to the prior and released version. I've had problems with other
products that don't correctly add themself to the namespace for the context
menu which results in them not displaying, obliterating other entries so you
cannot get to them, or causing a crash in whatever application was
attempting to display the context menu. Only the author *might* know why
their product doesn't work correctly as they are more intimate in how they
attempted their integration. What did THEY say?

Thanks for your suggestion Vanguard. I haven't yet tried it yet but
will have a look at it. The program is freeware and the author clearly
states on his website that he doesn't provide technical support. I have
emailed him in the hope that he might reply but no luck so far.
