right-click closes window

II cannot create a new folder in any open window. Right-
clicking causes the window to close immediately.
 
Go back to your Control Panel, open the Mouse folder,
look under the Buttons tab, make sure the Right button
is set to "Right-click (default)".

Tried it... There is no button assignment for "right click (default).
Logitech cordless optical mouse-reloaded updated driver and still have
problem.Any other suggestions?
