Right click and save Source doesn't work + images now saving as BM

Hello!

Need help badly. My XP was working fine over the last few weeks, and now
suddenly, I cannot right click and see the Source Code on any websites and
also if I try and save an Image, it doesn't save it as the file it is (ie.
JPEG or GIF Animation), it just saves it as BMP!!! Which I cannot use or work
with.

Please can somebody help!?????
