Hello, and please help! Several of my software items are
not working, and I get a repeated message that a required
item of software is missing - riched20.dll. Microsoft
Works won't open, Norton Anti Virus can't finish
initializing updates from live update, etc. Does anyone
know what I should do? Would that file be on any software
CD's that came with my Dell Dimension 8200? Thank you
for any assistance you can offer!!
