You have installed some application that calls on the RichEdit control
version1, and XP has a replacement file riched20 that is supposed to replace
version 1 with version 2. Some older applications become confused by the
replacement, and will throw your error. You would have to uninstall the
application to stop the error

You need to detect what is running the process that starts the riched32.dll.
"Process Explorer" is the perfect tool for that. You might need to find a
local expert to help you use it.
