dll again

same question more info , i can access my email account but cant read
messages ,new or old , also wont let me use ad-aware ,full error message
reads unable to locate component
this application has failed to start because RICHED20.dll was not found.
reinstalling this application may fix this. Tried reinstalling both email and
ad-aware to no avail..is there a way to reinstall the dll again with the
windows xp home edition disc ? thank you
