revrting back to SP3 from SP4 supplied originally

My Laptop is currently operating with preinstalled Win2000 SP4. Currently I have an application softwares which are not supported by SP4 and work perfectly with SP3, as advised by their suppliers.
How can I revert by Laptop back to SP3

Any advises or comments

If all you have is slipstream install media then it isn't possible. You
might ask the seller for different install media.
