Review Function

I have a document that someone wants me to review. I have made my suggestions
using the Review Toolbar. I have closed and saved the document iunder another
name and upon opening it, the writer cannot accept changes nor will it accept
all changes. The single "accept changes" is greyed out. Accepting all changes
results in nothing happening.
I have followed the instruction in the Office Help area, to no avail.

Did you happen to protect the document? If so, then you will have to
unprotect it to accept the changes in the document.
