When entering information into a form, a dialog box appeared asking me if I
would like to "Revert to notebook". I selected no and the data in my access
form was changed. What does "revert to notebook" mean and how can I turn
this option/feature off?

I would guess that this is something customized for your database. It's
certainly not a standard Microsoft-provided message!

It's concievable that this is some sort of localization/translation issue -
what are your language settings?
