reversal of deletion

how does one reinstall a deletion? I cannot get an answer
to this question from microsoft's support personnel.
Unbelievable!

Microsoft AntiSpyware is not a supported product of Microsoft. This is a
beta-test only, at your own risk.

If you have actually deleted things, they cannot be recovered: the deletion
is final. If you quarantined them, then they can be recovered.
