returning to same spot in document

Is there a way to return to the place you left the cursor
in WORD instead of the document always being opened at the
top.

I have a document with a table and I continually add items
to the bottom of the table. When I open the document with
this table I would like it to open at the last item I
completed instead of at the top.

Thanks.

TJ,

Shift+F5 after the document opens will get you to the spot
you last edited. If you wanted this automated, you could
record the action as a macro named AutoOpen.

SHIFT+F5 will take you to the last place you edited your document before you
saved and closed it.
