Returning From Sleep 3 Without PW Prompt?

I'd like to return from S3 without prompting the user for a PW.

However, I still want the user to have to enter a PW when logging
on.

Possible?

START | CONTROL PANEL | POWER OPTIONS | & one of the tabs has prompt for a
password whrn the computer comes off of stanby

Uncheck, APPLY | OK
