"Remote host said: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable"

Says it all; the mailbox doesn't exist or is closest for some reason.

From your first sentence, and because of the word wrap, there appears to be
a space character between "donna" and "587" (and maybe also between "587"
and "martinez"). Spaces not allowed.

Otherwise, and presuming this e-mail address was recorded and worked
previously, Donna doesn't have that e-mail account at Hotmail anymore.
Could be she closed it. Could be she didn't access it for so long that
Hotmail closed her inactive account. Could be she used it for spamming and
Hotmail slammed the account closed on her.
