Return to slideshow after viewing an hyperlinked avi in WMP?

I have created a slide show that needs to have several avi files hyperlinked
to it with several slides inbetween the avi files. The problem I am having
is once the file plays in WMP it does not return to PPT. I have tried to
insert the avi files directly into PPT, but the image quality is very poor.
Any suggestions would be appriecated.

After viewing the video, you can stop or close WMP, then, hold down ALT in
the keyboard, and press tab a few times until it points to the powerpoint
slideshow. Does that work for you?

Thanks,

Unfortunately, my client presents with a wireless mouse and can not perform
any key strokes. I realize this is a little crazy but so is my client.
Thanks for the suggestion.
