return of the king randomly reboots my pc

My pc randomly reboots when playing LOTR the return of the king. this is the
only game causing this problem. max payne2, halo, GTA Vice City all run
fine. Anybody else experiencing this? I'm posting this here cos i'm using an
GF4 Ti4200 card with the 52.16 drivers

That driver (52.16) can be unstable with the older Ti4200 cards. Try using
the 45.23 driver for stability.

Found the problem. RoTK doesn't like my overclocked P4. When I remove the
overclock, the game runs fine! This is the only game I'm currently playing
that does this. I'll try reverting back to the 45.23 drivers & see what
happens.
