Return address

How can I remove a return address in my envelopes? I don't want the return
address on any evelopes but Word continues to print a return address even
after I delete the typing.

Then chances are there's a minor corruption in the Word data key in the
registry. Locate and delete the Word data key for your Word version
(http://www.gmayor.com/my_toolbars_are_missing.htm) shows how to find it,
albeit for a different problem. and Word will rebuild a new one.
