Retrieving information from website

Did website for friend, someone deleted Frontpage on PC. How can you
download website back from web into Frontpage or can it be done?

If your hosted Web has FP extensions installed.
Open FP
File | Open Web/Site
type in http://www.yourwebsname.com
this will open the web 'live' on the server.

Then:
File | Publish Web
and Publish it back to your harddrive...
C:\My Documents\My Webs\whateveryouwanttonameyourlocalweb

Yes, just publish the site back to your PC with Frontpage itself using the
http: publishing mode.

or else just FTP the files back to your computer, if not using Frontpage
server extension features.

I'm not quite sure of procedure as you described. Could you explain it for
someone who is really "simple"?
