retrieving address book/old emails

I had to change disk drives, and now can't retrieve my
old email, and my old address book. Is there a way to do
this? I have all the files on my old hard drive, but
can't seem to find the right ones.

All is contained in pst-files. If you used a Personal Address Book instead
of the Contacts folder you must also search for pab-files

Make sure you include hidden and system files and folders when searching for
pst-file.

By default it is located in
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
