retrieve WKSWP.EXE that was un-installed

Mistakenly I un-installed Word. How do I retrieve it and not lose information
I've put into it ?
 
WKSWP.EXE is not Word but (I imagine) the Works word processor. Word is (and
always has been) winword.exe.
