Retrieve deleted document

I removed a word doc when putting PDA in my pocket. Is
there a way to retrieve that document?

This depends on what "remove" means in your context and how you went about
it. I would suggest that if it isn't in the trash can, that you check with a
newsgroup specific to your PDA and its operating system.
