Retricted Group on desktops

I want to create a policy for desktops to defined a lists of users for
Desktop Admins.

What I've done is created a Security Group in the DesktopsOU. Then
created a new group policy for the OU.

But then how do I add the OUs security group to be a member of
administrators on all Desktops...

Can anyone suggest the proper way to do it.........
