Retreiving email files .pst

I have a new pc and wanted to transfer my old outlook
2003 files to my outlook mail on my new pc. I backed up
the old files on to a CD. I am having troulbe
downloading these files to my pc. Do you have any
suggestions?
 
copy to hd, remove read only flag, then in OL File/Open/Personal Folders...
browse to pst
