Retreiving "Deleted Items" in Outlook...

yep,.This one is a bit weird though.

One of the people here at work was selecting and deleting spam, when
Outlook "locked up". When she rebooted, she had founf that not only were all
of the spam related e-mails gone, but a plethora of her valuable e-mails as
well. And the Deleted Items folder is sitting EMPTY! I know,.it's VERY
strange,..

ANYONE have any idea how to retrive the mistaken dleted e-mail, or are
they gone to the wind?>

Exchange or pst? If Exchange check your back-ups and/or (if you have it
configured) you can go to the folder and choose Tools and there should be an
extra option under Empty Deleted Item Folder to restore deleted mail.
