How can you upgrade to 64bit Home Premium Vista from a retail version 32 bit
Home Premium version that cam with the PC?

Yes, but you can't do an in-place upgrade. You will have to do a clean
install, which you can do with a 64 bit upgrade copy.

If Vista came installed on the PC, it is not a retail (boxed) version, it is an
OEM version and you will have to contact the PC manufacturer to see if you can
obtain the 64-bit version of Vista

In addition to Cal Bear for a OEM Vista:
If you do have a retail version of the 32 bit Vista, then you can order
the 64 bit Vista from Microsoft at this link. It costs $9.99 for S & H.
The Ultimate Vista is the only one that comes with both the 32 and 64
bit versions.

Hope this helps,
