upgrade

I am using Vista Home Premium 32bit OEM at the moment. My question is can I
upgrade to Vista Home Premium 64bit OEM or do I have to purchase the full
blown version. I have checked and my scanner & printer will both work on 64
bit. I realize either way it will mean a complete install.

Thanks.

One cannot "upgrade" from a 32-bit Windows Vista edition
to a 64-bit Windows Vista edition. You would need to purchase
a "full version" of a 64-bit edition of Vista and perform a
"clean install".
