resume wizard

hello, i have a current resume i designed on wizard, anyways i've spent the last hour trying to figure out how to add a new section title to the mix? I have chosen the option at the top of the page but the underline won't line up with the rest of the section titles?, i Just don't get why this is so tricky , please email me with helpif possible
