results form input sent to another form

I am trying to setup a page where the records from a results query become the
drop down list values in another results query. Ie there is a drop down list
on a form with values from a database table. After one chooses a value,
there is another drop down list on the page that would have values based on
the first drop down list. After the second drop down value is choosen,
appropriated records are returned.

I know how to setup a database and results form but not sure how to
accomplish the task above.

Any help with this problem is appreciated.

Sorry for the second post, I had gotten an error message the first time I
posted so I sent it again.
I did get a reply from Kathleen Anderson that answered my question.
